Aiming to explore a social issue, I created this piece based on the overwhelming pay gap between different ethnicities in the UK. Looking to talk about a specific company, I decided to base my research and outcome on the pay gap that there is in Transport For London (TFL). 

Taking inspiration from some posters around the underground for my colour palette, I've created a piece that showcases how it is harder for minorities to reach a higher position inside the company, as well as how even in the same position, the average earning is still lower for them than for the white British counterpart.
Finally, I created a mockup, showing how it would look like as a real-life poster in the underground.
